Japan Tokyo CPI ex Food, Energy (YoY) declined to 3.1% in January from previous 3.5%

The headline Tokyo Consumer Price Index (CPI) for January eased to 1.6% YoY from 2.4% in the previous reading, the Statistics Bureau of Japan showed on Friday.
