China to impose temporary anti-dumping duties on halogenated butyl rubber imports from US, EU and Singapore

China’s Commerce Ministry (MOFCOM) announces that it is considering imposing temporary anti-dumping measures on halogenated butyl rubber imported from the US, EU and Singapore effective April 20th, 2018 onward.
